  • Raising Cattle

    Our cattle are raised on 250 acres of land in Northern California.

  • The Feed

    The cattle are grass-fed and grain fed their entire lives. They graze on natural grasses and spent brewers grain.

  • Purchasing Beef

    We sell cattle by quarters, halves, and whole. You can inquiry to purchase by contacting us below.

  • The Timeline

    Once a deposit is received we confirm some information with you. We strive to appreciate the whole animal and are able to harvest the offal if the client is interested. The time frame varies from one month to three months based on how many cattle are available.

  • The Butcher

    We partner with local butchers who have a sanitary, ethical, and minimal waste standards. Our butchers pride themselves with humane and thoughtful practices.

  • The Beef

    Our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 14 days to improve the overall quality of the flavor and tenderness of the beef.
